Boys and girls ages 6 and up will love building this LEGO® NINJAGO® Nya vs. Mutation Monster Spinner (71849) battle toy and recreating scenes from season 4 of the NINJAGO Dragons Rising TV show. Once it’s built, kids push the launcher’s button to unleash the spinner toy into a quick spin and watch to see if the 2 elemental power parts fly off it when it hits its target. This great value small LEGO set comes with 2 minifigures: Nya with a glaive weapon accessory and the villainous Mutation Monster, who can ride inside the spinner toy. Kids enjoy countless hours of good vs. evil battles with these NINJAGO characters.

The packaging has an irregular shape. The front of the box shows a large illustration of the combat between the set’s characters. To the right, Nya is jumping into action, with her weapon in her right hand. To the left and almost to the center, the Mutation Monster is riding its spinner, coming at full speed to attack Nya. The background is composed of yellow, orange, and red tones, simulating an explosion. On the bottom, there is a red stripe with the classic red LEGO logo to the left and the NINJAGO logo in white letters, centered, with the subtitle “DRAGONS RISING” in yellow letters underneath. The right bottom corner shows Lloyd’s face in his green outfit, with his bandana covering half of his face. The left side of the box is a continuation of the illustration on the front. On the back of the box, we see the actual elements of the set. On the back, we see the spinner base shooting the spinner, which is coming to the foreground with the Mutation Monster in it. To its left, Nya is swinging her weapon towards the spinner. On the bottom left corner, we can see the instructions of how the spinner works in two steps: A) put the spinner between the rails of the spinner base and B) push the actuator of the spinner base to shoot the spinner forward. To the right, we see an image of Nya’s minifigure on a 1:1 scale. The right side of the box has a warning that states that the set contains small parts, and it is therefore not recommended for children younger than 3 years old in other languages. The bottom side is a tidy strip that contains the barcode as well as a few technical bits, such as the place of manufacture, copyright and trademark notices.

The build consists of 49 pieces in total and is recommended for ages 6+. Once finished, you will have a spinner, its corresponding base, and 2 minifigures. The set consists of 1 unnumbered bag.
