See What Our Builders Have Built!

“My friend introduced me to Bricks for the Blind. While I was visiting her, I put together the rose. I had never done LEGOs  as a kid, but my nieces and nephews are so interested in them, I thought it would be fun to try. It was so fun to finish the project! I am looking forward to doing this with them.”

I never considered building a LEGO set until I found Bricks for the Blind. Having the directions in an accessible format made that possible!  So grateful I found out about this amazing organization!

This was such a wonderful experience! I’m 38 years old, and the last time I played with LEGOs was when I was six, before I lost my eyesight. Bricks for the Blind made it possible for me to build again, and it brought back so much joy.

This wasn’t just about putting pieces together—it was about reclaiming a part of my childhood that I thought I had lost forever. I felt the same excitement I had as a kid when creating something with my own hands.

Thanks for giving people the chance to experience creativity, play, and pride in accomplishment. Bricks for the Blind opened a door I thought had been closed for good, and I am deeply grateful.
