The packaging captures the action of a chase! The front of the box shows Venomized Wolverine jumping from the left towards Spider-Man, who is driving his car and shooting its projectiles. The background consists of an urban scene, with a street and buildings fading into the back with dark blue and light orange. The top left corner is decorated with the classic LEGO and Marvel logos. In the opposite corner, we have Spider-Man from his chest up in his classic red and blue suit. Above him, you will find the Spider-Man logo. At the bottom and all the way to the right corner, we have the minifigures in the set. These are, from left to right, Spider-Man and Venomized Wolverine. The left of the box repeats the LEGO logo on top of black and white depictions of several Marvel superheroes in their minifigure form. The back of the box shows a similar background to that in the front. However, in this case Spider-Man’s car is in the background. In the foreground, Venomized Wolverine is receiving a flying kick from Spider-Man. On the bottom right we have a small inset that shows how to shoot the projectiles of Spider-Man’s car. On the top left corner, we have the classic logos of LEGO and Marvel. On the bottom left corner, we have Spidey’s logo as well. The right side of the box has a warning in several different languages that states that the set contains small parts and it is therefore not recommended for children younger than 3 years old. The top of the box has the classic LEGO logo, the name of the set in several other languages, and an image of Venomized Wolverine minifigure on a 1:1 scale. The bottom of the box is a tidy strip that contains the barcode as well as a few technical bits: the LEGO and Marvel logos, the set number, the recycling instructions for the paper/cardboard elements of the set, copyright, and trademark notices.
The build consists of 134 pieces in total, 2 minifigures, and is recommended for ages 7+. Once finished, you will have Spider-Man’s car. The set consists of 2 numbered bags and 1 instruction booklet.
